NanoConnect NC-700 - Android Auto cannot connect

- Only Android phones are supported.
- Update Android system and related applications to the latest version.
- Disconnect any VPN on the mobile phone if applicable.
- Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions on mobile phone are working.
- Restart the Android phone and reconnect.
- Restore screen's Factory Settings by going to home screen: Setting>Basic Setup> Restore Factory Setting.
Reset the unit to factory mode and try again.
Please note that resetting your device to factory settings removes all current data.
